Promotion Terms and Procedure for bringing the Promotion Terms to the attention of potential consumers of TM “ZHAR” products
Promotion Terms
1. General provisions
1.1. Any capable individual – a citizen of Ukraine who resides on the territory of Ukraine – has the right to participate in the Promotion. If a person participates in the Promotion who, under these Terms and/or the legislation of Ukraine, cannot participate in the Promotion of similar promotions, or can participate only under certain circumstances and conditions that are not provided for by these Terms or these circumstances and conditions did not occur/were not observed, any consequences (including legal: in terms of taxation, obtaining permits, agreements to carry out certain actions, etc.) of such participation or attempt to participate in the Promotion shall be borne by the specified person, or by the person who, under the legislation of Ukraine, bears some responsibility for the actions of the above-mentioned person.
1.2. The Promotion period is from 01.07.2025 to 31.12.2025.
The Promotion period may be extended by the Promoter.
1.3. The Promotion is held throughout Ukraine.
1.4. The Promotion is not an advertising campaign or event, is not a raffle, is not a game of chance or lottery, or a service in the gambling business. The Promotion is aimed at promoting products under the ZHAR trademark.
1.5. These Terms and Conditions are not a public promise of a reward or the terms of a competition.
2. Terms and conditions for receiving surprises.
2.1. The Participant receives the surprise by keeping the gift found by the Participant in the unit of the Promotional product, namely the sunflower grillage.
2.2. From the moment of receiving the surprise, the Participant is its owner and has the right to dispose of it in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The Organizer of the Promotion bears no responsibility for the purpose, procedure, conditions and legality of the use of the received surprise by the Participant.
